Clarence J. Shearn, Class of 1893. Clarence Shearn, a classmate of Judge Seabury, served as president of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York from 1935 to 1937. He also served as a New York Supreme Court Justice between 1914 and 1916 until his appointment as a justice of the Appellate Division, First Department.
