Description

Charles B. Eddy, class of 1895 joined the firm of Reed, Simpson, Thacher & Barnum (today known as Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett) in 1901 as an associate and became a partner in 1907. He left the firm in 1918 when he was appointed assistant to the general counsel of the U.S. Railroad Administration in Washington, D.C. and one year later, associate director of the Division of Finance.
