The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Skills Program conveys not only doctrinal education, but also empirical and practical skills in the field of conflict avoidance, management, and resolution. The ADR program also seeks to engage legal departments, law firms, courts, and government agencies of the New York City region by hosting CLE courses, speaking events, guest lectures, which are open to attorneys, ADR practitioners, alumni, and students.
