Abstract
Appellants Ades-Berg Investors appeal from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Scullin, C.J.), dismissing as untimely an appeal from an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York (Gerling, C.J.), authorizing a Bankruptcy Trustee to enter into a settlement agreement. The District Court found that the Bankruptcy Court's Order was a final order that, upon entry, triggered the ten-day period in which to file a notice of appeal.
