It examines in an accessible way questions about privacy that the framers of our Constitution could not foresee, including electronic surveillance, monitoring of telephone conversations, and the unauthorized use of personal information stored in computers. Privacy and the Law examines the issue through several case studies, and concludes with cases posed to students, with answers at the back of the book.
