From criminalized downloads to passionately debated Congressional patent reform, Intellectual Property is changing dramatically, with every part—patent, copyright, and trademark—being fundamentally altered by the combination of digital technology and a globalized, connected world. Q. Todd Dickinson will talk about how these changes are challenging existing industries and emerging technologies, and how the changes might be reflected in a new Administration’s IP agenda.
