Abstract

This online program is designed to help in-house and outside transactional counsel better understand: (1) what tools are available to avoid, prevent, and resolve disputes according to the type of cross-border agreement being negotiated, (2) what drives the choice of tools, and (3) how the choices made affect the negotiation strategy and the overall drafting of an agreement.
