Description
Ted Weathers, who had been serving as an openly gay California Superior Court Commissioner, became the first openly gay judge on California's Superior Court when he was appointed by Governor Gray Davis in July 2003. Judge Weathers was reelected in 2012 to a term that runs through 2019.
