Description

Alexander Lindey, Class of 1925. Lindey was a long-time partner of Morris Ernst (class of 1912) in the firm of Greenbaum, Wolff & Ernst and a recognized scholar. Pictured here is one of his works, Plagiarism and Originality, published in 1952. His two most significant works, both of which continue to be cited in their respective fields, are Lindey on Entertainment Law and Separation Agreements and Ante-Nuptial Contracts. Lindey served for many years as counsel for the American Newspaper Guild, the Newspaper Guild of New York, and the Dramatists Guild.
