Description
Jacob Scholer, Class of 1910. One of the three founding partners of what would later be known as Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays, & Handler, and today is known as simply Kaye Scholer. Jacob Scholer began his legal career at Rose & Paskus, a firm that would become Proskauer, Rose, Goetz & Mendelsohn. He is pictured here on the right. In the center is Harold L. Fierman and on the left is James S. Hays. In 1978, New York Law School honored him with its Distinguished Alumnus Award.
