Description

Sometime around 1909, Walter Dryfoos became the fourth partner in the firm known as Stroock & Stroock, illustrated in this image of the firm's stationery. In 1918, Peter I.B. Lavan joined the firm as an associate. He became a partner in 1924 and the firm today is known as Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.
